Maurizio Raffaelli, Managing Partner
Maurizio was born and raised in Versilia, developing a deep love and knowledge of the area. After gaining valuable work experience, including a stint as a professional pilot, he followed in his family’s footsteps in the restaurant business, running several restaurants in Forte dei Marmi. He has always been passionate about the property sector and has been working full-time in this exciting field for several years. Maurizio is a licensed estate agent and a registered member of FIMAA. A native Italian speaker, he also has a good command of English.
Merciva J. Tasseron, Managing Partner
Merciva was born in the Netherlands. After travelling extensively and gaining experience through both study and work, she settled permanently in Versilia in 2003, where she deepened her knowledge of the local area and developed a strong understanding of architecture and construction by working alongside her family’s architectural practice. Merciva has international experience in Market Strategy and Communications and is fluent in Italian, Dutch and English, with a good working knowledge of German and Spanish.
