Situated in Nocchi, a quaint district of Camaiore, the villa stands along the famed Via Francigena and is enveloped by stunning mountain ranges that exude character and charm. Originally built in the 14th century, this villa has a rich history. It was initially owned by the Malpigli family of Lucca before being inherited by the marquises of Montecatini in the early 18th century. The property later passed to the Graziani family between 1818 and 1867. Over the years, it experienced various changes in ownership, including a notable period in 1922 when it was acquired by the esteemed Bertolli company of Lucca. In 1929, Cesare and Silvio Graziani reclaimed the property. By 1959, Graziani relocated his family to Nocchi and transformed the villa into an opulent private residence. Eventually, the villa evolved into a luxurious holiday retreat, featuring suites and apartments available for tourists.

This unique property boasts exceptional architectural and historical features of unparalleled beauty. The villa comprises five elegant suites and two charming apartments, all adorned with exquisite period furnishings. The interiors are graced with majestic frescoes and antique terracotta flooring. Spanning approximately 13,000 square meters, the Mediterranean park showcases centuries-old trees, fragrant plants, a spacious swimming pool, a tennis court, and a beautifully manicured Italian garden.

The residence is ideally positioned for those wishing to explore the natural splendor of the Apuan Alps park and our beloved coastline.
