COMMISSION
As is the norm in Italy, our fee is equivalent to 6% of the sale price. This is shared equally between the buyer and seller, with each paying 3% of the sale price. IVA (a sales tax equivalent to VAT) is charged on top of this. Any stamp duty or other transactional taxes, notary, administrative and mortgage-related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
